Immigration Specialist
An Immigration Specialist provides administrative support to the DNA Immigration Department at
Chromosomal Laboratories. Duties include handling inbound sales calls from foreign customers,
communication with US embassies and consulates, preparation of DNA kits, cover letters and
documents for shipment to foreign countries, shipment of DNA reports to both U.S. based
customers and foreign countries. Candidate should have a great attention to detail and
exceptional phone demeanor. Spanish speaking a plus.
DNA Case Manager
The DNA Case Manager position is a hybrid of customer service and laboratory responsibilities.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of genetics and be able to communicate this
information to both scientists and the general public. Candidates must have a B.A./B.S. degree in
biology, chemistry, forensic science-related area or criminology/criminal justice.
Spanish-speaking a plus.
Responsibilities include sample accessioning, case consultation, statistical analysis, report
typing, report review, electropherogram interpretation.
Administrative Assistant
Clerical type responsibilities ranging from answering 6 phone lines, DNA kit preparation,
preparation of documents for US mail, data entry, document scanning and order fulfillment. Fluent
in Spanish is a plus.
